Welcome to Numen. By creating an account or purchasing any product, you agree to these terms. Please read them.

About Numen

Numen is a self-discovery platform built on Human Design. It is not a medical service, a mental health service, a financial adviser, or a legal adviser. Nothing on the platform constitutes professional advice of any kind. Human Design is a self-knowledge framework — its purpose is personal insight, not diagnosis or prescription.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate birth data — date, time, and place — so your chart is calculated correctly. Inaccurate birth data produces an inaccurate chart; we are not liable for errors that result from information you provide. You agree to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes unless you have written permission from us to do otherwise.

The Blueprint — one-time purchase

The Blueprint is a one-time purchase that gives you lifetime access to your personalised Human Design reading, including 60+ AI-generated sections written from your exact chart, your Personal Letter narrated as audio, the Workbook, and lifetime dashboard access.

Pricing: $39 USD / $59 AUD / €35 EUR. Price shown at checkout is based on your location at time of purchase and will not change.

Lifetime access means access for as long as Numen operates as a service. We make no guarantee of perpetual operation, but we will provide reasonable notice and an export of your data if the service closes.

The Practice — subscription

The Practice is a recurring subscription that provides daily forecasts, unlimited Sophia conversations, the Decision Journal, Energy Tracker, Connection Charts, Transit Calendar, and audio library.

Pricing: $14.99 USD / $19.99 AUD / €14.99 EUR per month. Annual plans are available at $119 USD / $159 AUD / €119 EUR.

Trial: The Practice includes a 30-day free trial when purchased with The Blueprint. The trial begins on the date of purchase. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, billing begins automatically on day 31 at the then-current subscription price.

Cancellation: You can cancel at any time from your Account page inside the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access until that date.

Billing: All payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription charges renew automatically unless cancelled. You authorise us to charge your saved payment method on each renewal date.

Refunds

If your Blueprint reading was not generated correctly due to a technical error on our side, we will refund in full, no questions asked.

If you change your mind within 14 days of purchase and have not substantially used the dashboard (fewer than 5 sessions, no Sophia conversations), we will refund on request. Contact us at hello@numenhd.com.

After 14 days, or once the reading has been substantially used, purchases are non-refundable.

Practice subscription fees are not refunded for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the period ends.

AI-generated content

Your Blueprint sections and daily forecasts are generated by Sophia, an AI model (Anthropic Claude) reading against your specific Human Design chart. The content is personalised to your chart data, but it is not the product of human expertise. Treat it as a self-reflection tool, not professional advice.

We do not train AI models on your conversations with Sophia or the content of your readings.

Intellectual property

All content, design, software, and copy on Numen is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without written permission. Your chart data and personal readings belong to you — you are free to export and keep them.

Prohibited uses

You may not use Numen to scrape data, resell readings, impersonate others, or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the service. Accounts found in violation may be suspended without refund.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Numen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to your registered address at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
